Letters for Creatives #53: Burn out from a different perspective
Human design tells you more about how to use your energy
Hello, I am Celeste. Welcome to all of you who are new here! If you have not done it yet, subscribe to receive letters on creativity, mental wellness, mindset and more. Take a look at September prompts if you are looking for writing inspiration and get featured in the letter in September.
I came across Human Design about a year ago. I didn’t look into it except knowing that I am a projector.
The true role [of a projector] is to guide the energy types (Manifestors, Generators and Manifesting Generators) in the most efficient use of their energy resources.
Projectors have an inherent ability to understand others. They are the masters of reading and managing energy efficiently.
I learned that I take in energy from others more easily, compared to other Human Design types. That is one of the reasons I write poems. I have learned to ask myself if the things I do everyday is effective in achieving the goals I want to achieve. If not, I would change or stop doing certain things.

The darkness of my own doing
Hold onto change
and leap
A fearless fall,
a daring spring
it’s a freeing thing
Many kinds
of minds,
many seasons over time
Spending a decade
in the shade
sunshine for the rest of my life
and it hits the front of the eyelids
just right

This article touched on what I’m working through right now, the leaps of faith. The poem speaks volumes! Thanks.
